VoiceMate AI provides AI-powered phone scheduling services on behalf of business clients. We facilitate appointment booking and send SMS confirmations to customers on behalf of the businesses we serve.
3. SMS Terms
Program: VoiceMate AI Appointment Confirmations Message frequency: One (1) SMS per appointment scheduled Cost: Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at contact@voicemate-ai.com Support contact: contact@voicemate-ai.com VoiceMate AI is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Consent to Be Contacted
By providing your phone number to schedule an appointment via our service, you consent to receive a one-time SMS appointment confirmation. You are not required to consent as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
5. Limitation of Liability
VoiceMate AI acts as a scheduling intermediary on behalf of its business clients. We are not responsible for: The quality or delivery of services provided by the business you scheduled with Appointment cancellations or changes made by the business Delays or failures in SMS delivery caused by third-party carriers To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoiceMate AI's liability is limited to the value of the service directly provided by VoiceMate AI.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use or attempt to abuse our AI scheduling system to: Submit false or fraudulent appointment requests; Harass, threaten, or abuse business staff or our systems; Circumvent or manipulate our automated service
7. Intellectual Property
All content, technology, and systems operated under the VoiceMate AI brand are the property of VoiceMate AI. You may not reproduce, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
